- Some services may have published prices, while others are customized to the client’s needs and will be priced as agreed.
- Certain engagements may require separate contracts, particularly for long-term consulting, corporate strategy projects, or bespoke packages.
3. Appointments and Payments- All appointments must be scheduled in advance through SimplyMeet.me or another designated platform.
- Payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Payments are processed via Stripe, Revolut Business, or other authorized payment providers.
- Clients will receive an invoice for their payment.
- Failure to complete a payment may result in the cancellation of the appointment.
- Where services require extended engagements, a separate contract may outline payment terms and conditions.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy- Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 6 hours before the scheduled time.
- Late cancellations (within 6 hours of the appointment) may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Payments for completed services are non-refundable.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days.
5. Confidentiality and Data Protection- Both A.M.A.S. Consulting Ltd. and the client agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all discussions, materials, and sensitive business information exchanged during consultations, mentoring, or other services.
- No information shared during the engagement will be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

6. Client Responsibilities- Clients are responsible for ensuring they attend scheduled appointments on time.
- Clients must provide accurate and complete information when booking services and during the engagement.
- Any abusive, inappropriate, or unethical behavior may result in the termination of services without a refund.
- The client acknowledges that consulting services provide guidance and recommendations but are not a substitute for independent decision-making.
7. Intellectual Property- All content, materials, and advice provided by A.M.A.S. Consulting Ltd. remain the intellectual property of the company.
- Clients may not copy, distribute, or use materials provided during consulting sessions for commercial purposes without written consent.
- Any work product developed during the engagement, including business plans or financial models, remains subject to intellectual property protections unless explicitly transferred in a separate agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability- A.M.A.S. Consulting Ltd. provides consulting services based on expertise and experience but makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes.
- The company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damages resulting from the use of our services.
- Clients acknowledge that any business, financial, or strategic decisions they make based on the services provided are at their own discretion and risk.
